Do you know that under Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass framework, a S Pass holder is not subject to their (MOM) Marriage Restriction Policy (MRP),

hence if a S Pass holder working in Singapore can have an affair with a married person and break-up the family.

As per MOM, the S Pass holder has not contravened any of MOM's work pass conditions on breaking up a family.
