Hi every one,
I have been working in the kingdom centre for two years.I am working for an establishment which has been categorized in ' Yellow' category under the Nitaqat Progrem.I have been offered a job by company in Excellent Category.Someone told me that i can not transfer my Visa as under the new rules one needs to complete at least six years in the Kingdom in order to transfer Visa.
Can anyone explain or advice ? whether its possible to transfer my Visa?
