I'm employed by a spanish company. This company have a joint venture (60% Spain -40% SA) with a SA company.
I have to work for this joint venture. May I submi an intra-company permit ? Is the joint venture considered as an affiliate company ?

Hi there, I have a friend who was in the same situation as yourself and she mentioned there has to be proof in the form of an affiliation agreement proving the companies are linked together. She used an agency in Cape Town by the name of IBN Consulting & Immigration who apparently specialise in immigration as well as intra-company permits and who handled her permit very professionally and quickly.
