Hi all,
My partner and I are looking at a property that needs some renovation work. It is very small, 55 sqm with one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, tiny bathroom and then a WC under the stairs.
It likely needs the electrics redoing and I wondered if anyone has been through this process and what it cost, or if anyone has any idea of what a small house like this may cost? We are of course doing research, but it's always helpful to ask what others have experienced!
