My name is Vera! I am very interested in Customer Service, Sales and Administration work. I have 5 years of experience in these fields. Here are some tasks that I have handled.
- Welcome clients and provide them with required information.
- Maintain knowledge of Industry.
- Take telephone calls/emails and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, ensure cancellations or readjustments are taken care of.
- Take record of clients contact information in the salon database.
- Operate cash register.
- Handle supplies and equipment inventory activities.
