Vegan lunch (following a Meeting to discuss Vegan festival)

Hello all,
is August treating you good? Let's have another celebration on 13th August with a vegan lunch with vegan community. After organizing monthly gatherings regularly from March up to now, I believe we have reached a new height of friendship and network.

As 'Saigon Vegan Festival 2016' is approaching so close on 29th and 30th Oct, being excited and nervous, I would like to chunk this day to invite 2 groups (which I know there is a big overlap between), (1) those who are interested in becoming a vendor, performer, sponsor to the festival; and (2) those who are interested in making / meeting vegan friends... to the gathering from 9.30 - 11 for group 1, and 11-13.30pm for group 2.

[I already have a good plan of the festival, need to tune it to the final vendors and the final venue (out of the 2 I picked)]

I do hope we will have a good response to this meaningful event (you can see the purposes written below).

- TIME: 9.30am – 13.30pm (check agenda for details) Saturday 13th August 2016
- VENUE: Bio Garten Restaurant, 155 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia st, District 3.

- PURPOSE:
(1) Discussing Saigon Vegan Festival in Oct,
(2) Networking and strengthening the relationship of vegan community
(3) Supporting a new vegetarian/vegan restaurant in town.

- DRESS CODE Casual, No animal product
- LANGUAGE English
- FEE PER GUEST – pay as you go, directly to restaurant

- AGENDA
9.30am – 11.00am: Discussing Saigon Vegan Festival Plan on 29, 30 Oct (with food and beverage tasting prepared by the restaurant)
11.00am – 13.30pm: Special lunch set, net-eating, net-drinking
13.30pm:Wrapup, Announcement next gathering, Goodbye
