This blog revolves around issues I raise in my book, "Africans and Americans: Embracing Cultural Differences." Here I talk about book events, presentations, workshops, and cultural orientation for Africans and Americans. I am guided by the belief that any interaction with people of a different culture is rife with challenges, and we must study our cultural differences in order to prevent unnecessary conflicts and misunderstandings and build mutual understanding. This is a key way to facilitate our interactions and ensure success in our activities.

Some may disagree with my views on certain subjects. Comments are welcome, provided they are of an intellectual and constructive nature. No obscenities, please - unless necessary to the description of certain politicians and others of that ilk.
