This blog revolves around issues I raise in my book, "Africans and Americans: Embracing Cultural Differences." Here I talk about book events, presentations, workshops, and cultural orientation for Africans and Americans. I am guided by the belief that any interaction with people of a different culture is rife with challenges, and we must study our cultural differences in order to prevent unnecessary conflicts and misunderstandings and build mutual understanding. This is a key way to facilitate our interactions and ensure success in our activities.

The blog of R.J.Adams, a British writer living in America. The name derives from my first book "Even Little Sparrows", an autobio of my years with the British RSPCA. Some may disagree with my views on certain subjects. Comments are welcome, provided they are of an intellectual and constructive nature. No obscenities, please - unless necessary to the description of certain politicians and others of that ilk.

Prague, My Love

I love the Czech Republic...that's all there is to it. I travel to Prague as often as I can to visit my parents, family, and friends, but it's never enough and I miss them terribly! Missing them and the country that I adore is what inspired me to start this blog. It allows me to reminisce and share my love of this city & country with you, the reader. I hope you enjoy it and that it either inspires you to travel to the Czech Republic, or to share your travel experiences with me. I want Prague to pull at your heartstrings as it does mine.
