RESPONSABILE SENIOR DELLA DOCUMENTAZIONE PER L'ESPORTAZIONE, DELLA LOGISTICA E DELLA CONTABILITÀ

• Manage complete end-to-end export operations from Purchase Order receipt to final delivery, handling 100 export containers every month. • Prepare and verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Proforma Invoices, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading (BL), Certificates of Origin (COO), and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation. • Oversee container bookings, negotiate freight rates with CHAs and shipping lines, and track shipments through customer delivery. • Maintain accounting ledgers; process Purchase, Sales, Bank, and Journal Entries, and perform CHA and customer ledger reconciliations. • Prepare GST Returns (GSTR-1, 2B & 3B), manage corporate TDS/TCS compliance, and oversee raw-material procurement and supplier payments. • Process RoDTEP, Duty Drawback (DBK), and IGST Refund claims; coordinate with banks for BRC generation, FIRC, and IRM tracking.
