I am looking for a person who can arrange a visit schengen visa for me.
As i am doing job in bahrain and hv no bank history in bahrain.
I am looking for a person whome i pay agreed amount and he do it for me.
I want to do it on done basis.

You have to apply to the Embassy of the schengen country you want to go to and fulfil their requirements. There is no way to bypass those requirements and if anyone says that they can, it is clearly a scam.
And in almost all cases, they will ask for a bank statement to prove that you have enough money to pay for your visit. Even if it is a business visit, bank statement is required.
