Hi!
In Viña del Mar I would recomend clubing at Scratch disco, Goose, and Journal Pub.
In Valparaiso I recomend El Huevo disco.
Regarding restaurants in Viña, I highly recomend Diego's Pizza(8 norte/San Martin), PauSan (chinese, 5 norte/San Martin) and Margarita(mexican, 4 norte/San Martin).
Cinema: Cinemark(located at both malls in Viña)
Theater: Teatro Municipal(downtown Viña)
