Regarding your concern, theres ruling for foreigners before they can own real property here in ph.

In your case, since you are not married to a filipina, you need to firm a cirporation In order for u to acquire a property.
The corporation must comprise 40% ownership to foreigners and 60% ownership filipino.

Like what happened to my korean friend, hes planning to put up a coffee shop but he doesnt want to marry a filipina because hes married already. So the best thing for him to do is form a corporation..
