Getting a citizen of the Philippines a visa to the US

I'm trying to go back to the US for a 1 or 2 months and I want to bring my Filipina fiance with me.  We tried once already but she was denied a visa.  Does anyone know of a sure fire way to get this done?  Or a company we can use to help increase our chances for approval?

Please message if you have some solid advice.  We are not getting married on this trip so that angle will not work for us.

Thank you

If you apply for the fiancee Visa (K1).  You will get a 90 day visa.  If you don't marry, then she can just come back.  Tell the Embassy you do plan to marry.  Who knows what will happen?
However, if you come back and she doesn't then the Embassy may be very difficult the next time you apply.

Did you try to take her without a Fiancee Visa? It is a requirement. The next hassel is to get "An Ability to be married" form from the USA Embassy in Manila or the USA. Good luck. Craig
