Living in India

This is our first oversea's assignment and we have found living in India quite easy.

Other expat's that we have met while here in New Delhi are amazed that we are finding life here so wonderful, while they are experiencing withdrwals from living in other parts of the world.

India is our only experience thus far........so other than comparing it to life back in the US, we have no other reference.

Before my wife and 15 year old son joined me, I prepared them as best I could for what they could expect......and told them, expect the worst and you will be pleasantly surprised.

"Touch Wood" they have adjusted fine.....they find life here "different" but not unbearable.

My advice for all is that life anywhere on this incredible planet is all about attitude.

Living and working in India has been a wonderful experience thus far......I wouldn't trade the experience for anything.
