Unethical "taxi-pooling" in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan

According to cable TV new on June 10, 2016 in Taipei, taxi drivers in the captioned city often won't use meter after picking up a fare. They also sometimes offer carpooling that is supposed to save money for passengers. But actually a driver charges NT$100 per passenger instead of splitting the fare among 4 passengers. You've been warned.
