Importing a used car into Brunei

Hi,

My wife and I are moving to Brunei to work/live in Jan 2011. Due to the price of second hand cars in Brunei we are considering importing our own used car. This is a 6 year old Ford Ka which is not of much value in the UK. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to import a used car and if so what the import regulations and costs are?

Importing used cars are quite possible (alot of used cars are imported from singapore)but i dont know about prices and regulations.
but there is one major problem in your plan.
Drivers drive on the left lane. Driver seats are right sided so you definitely wont be able to bring in your car from the UK.
