having medicare in the USA I have been told there are some doctors who accept madicare in the phillippines, is this true if so does that include medications.

NO,NO,NO...Medicare will not pay any bills in the Philippines...If you are a Vet you can possibly use the VA Outpatient Clinic in Manila...
