I am looking to ether build a estate or lease out with the help of a local to help with this i also am wondering what information will i need in order to stay for long term in Indonesia i am talking 15 to 35 years with my wife i hold 26 billion idr AND GROWING BY 2 MILLION EVERY MONTH also what are the interest rates in Indonesia i will have banks in the usa canada and other areas as well as credit cards and a big stack of us i am taking bout over to Indonesia a privet ship with my money on bourd also what is the health system like are the comms good Telecommunications what about Accommodation Networking Shopping Visas Cost of living i plan to buy a suv i cant think of the name it starts at 469 million idr

I'd look at concrete sales, bank loan restrictions in the housing market and the massive number of brand new, empty properties in the areas around Jakarta before you decide.
