I get more NET money than my colleagues for the same RAW salary, why?

Hi,

I am scared, of Revenue asking me for money in the future or something. I joint the company later than the rest of my colleagues, we have the same raw salary, but for a reason I don't understand, my net salary is higher, and the company keep telling me it is normal.

Depending on the month, my colleagues get between 100 and 150 net euros less per month.

In my last payslip says:

Basic Pay 1,879.00
FSS TAX (Full time) (S) 199.00
Social Security 5 D  - 201.60

GROSS 1,879.00
NET 1,478.57

Weekly wage: 433.65

I joint the company in the middle of March 2013, and my colleagues in January.

In March I didn't pay any taxes and 80.64€ to the SS, and my contribution type was 2D.

In April I switched to 5D and I paid 21€ in taxes and 201.60€ to the SS.

Why I am getting more net paid than them? Even my in my last payslip I still get more net money than them.

Thanks in advance and kind regards.

so your annual tax free allowance is spread over less months, therefore less tax per month

Two months and a half made that difference? wow.
