Help to find an employer for afghan nationals to get working visa

hi friends on expat.
my name is ahmad and i am an afghan who now live in iran as a refugee you know it is really hard for a refugee to live in iran  and i am really interested in to come and live in azerbaijan.i can speak english well and have english deploma and i can learn the foreign languages well too.
please if you know any employer that needs a worker for his or her company tell me and help me.i have to say that i am an simple     worker.
