Hello,
I just moved to Florence with my (brand new) husband for a new job. We are just getting settled in and would love to meet any other expats around! We are in Santo Spirito area in a temporary apt for now. We start our Italian lessons next week and are making due in the meantime. Any advice is much appreciated!

Welcome, I live in Florence also. I have been here for 10 years now. I live not to far away by Porta San Frediano. We should meet up for coffee. You can email me [email protected] I know a few expat groups in Florence and can send you the links for them. I also run a moms network that you might be interested in the future. We do have Mom's Night out without the children but some have brought their Non mom friends so it is another possibility to meet others.
