When you say Foreign Investors, are you from the EU as you will have the right to live and work here as anyone else. But if youŽre from another outside the EU IŽm not sure on the regulations, see a lawyer.


Is it complicated to register a company in Spain? What is the procedure?
We hired a gestor to do the process for us. There is a way you can register items as the companies capital but we kept it simple and opened a spanish bank account with a minimum input from the partners (there must be two) of 3k which proportions that are put in are the share of the company that they will own. ItŽs a lot of going back and forth, you get a paper with a temporary NIF you go to the bank with a temporary account, you have to go to the notiary and have them sign off on your acitivities, you open the bank account... it goes on. In short itŽs much easier and less problematic to use a gestor, including tax this will cost around 1500.

What is the corporate tax rate in Spain?
Depends what you are doing and selling. IVA is 18%

Is it easy to recruit?
IŽd say so.

Any advice you would share with us?
Get as much legal advice as you can before you start and market the hell out of it.
