hi im viktor,
i can tell its verry safe here in surigao city mindanao
alot of foreigners live here with there pilipino family. like me i have my 3 kids to my filipina wife and have a business here in surigao city its a restaurant.
today we was from goldpanning with my tourist costomer to the brgy. mat-e the brgy. captain watching us to goldpanning and he provide us the two brgy. councilor to go with us goldpanning., so i fell safe and to all the tourist who go with me goldpanning here in surigao city.
i hope its help little bit, and i hope im not out of topic of this post,
