Good morning! Can anyone tell me about the process of bringing your DR marriage certificate (from the JCE) to the USA to have it transfer/be recorded?
I have the certificate from our local JCE but I've heard I need to go to the capital to get it stamped? Is this true, and are there any other steps involved?
