Good secondary english schools in Aalborg or Copenhagen

Hi

I have received a Job offer to work in Denmark. The position allows me to choose between Aalborg and Copenhagen.

Please advise of good secondary english schools in Aalborg or Copenhagen and advise if these schools are free.

Also please advise which universities teach Psychology in english in either of the two cities and if they are free.

If you are nonEU, university won't be free. Schools taught in English for children and teenagers are usually international schools. These are not free.

Hi,

Here's a list of international schools in Denmark. As kiki20168 answers, they aren't free (except Europaskolen in Copenhagen).

However, depending on your income you may be entitled to a reduced fee. I see that Skipper Clement Skolen in Aalborg has a chat function you can use.

All Danish state schools are free, the teaching language is Danish, but the pupils are taught English from the very beginning. Depending on how long you'll stay in this country, you should also consider such a school as all the pupils will live in the neighbourhood so it will be easier to see each others after school time.

And as kiki2068 has already written, as a NON-EU you have to pay the full price for studying at a university.

Psychology is taught in Copenhagen as well in Aalborg. It is a needle's eye to get a study place at KU (Copenhagen), easier in Aalborg.

It is easier to find a housing in Aalborg than in Copenhagen, and the prices are much lower.
