Everyon Can SOCIAL Dance

This group is PERFECT for those who have always wanted to learn how to dance and/or want to feel more comfortable moving. I have been dancing since I was a child and I LOVE to pass on the energy and love of dance to others. Dance classes will range from hip hop, jazz, ballet, and contemporary modern to more workshop style classes. Workshops will use movement activities for a particular purpose including improving social dancing and increasing confidence while moving. Each class will be for all skill levels and focus on individuals needs while building a strong community of movers. JOIN US as well explore different types of movement. After all, it's never too late to start dancing!

Everyon Can SOCIAL Dance----
Dancing in social settings can a fun yet, challenging experience. In the prospect of dancing at a party have you ever thought, “I don’t know how to dance. Why are they pushing me to go out there? I can’t possibly dance with all of those people. What would I do? I would look ridiculous.” If so, this workshop is definitely for you! The fear of moving only exists in the mind but it can be overcome if one builds self-confidence, focus and intention, and a hefty movement toolkit that provides variety and clarity to your movement on the dance floor. We will engage in various exercises and activities that get to the root of your fear and bring out the amazing dancer in all of us. Take a HUGE deep breath and join us as we dive into the challenges and greatness that is social dancing.

Class will be taught in english and held at Fred Academy (closest to the Madou metro stop) in the Ballet Studio . Price: 10 Euros per person or 15 Euros for you and a friend.
