I propose to the whole expat.com community, from all origins, francophone, anglophone, italophone, Spanish-speaking, etc. based in Dominican Republic... to meet us in order to get to know each other, and to visit, or at least to know a little better the area of Jarabacoa.
The meeting will take place on 18 and 19 may 2019 from 12:00. We will be meeting in Jarabacoa.
In the midst of mountains and rivers, this beautiful area in the permanent spring, Jarabacoa is the city where there is plenty of water. (in Taino).
Mountain sports, River.
On Saturdays, we will visit the waterfalls of Baig
uate and JImenoa (for the most sporty of us.
In the evening, magnifiqye restaurant at the Riverside.
Sunday morning, free area so that everyone can do what he pleases and go for a picnic at the trendy place of the city at the Confluencia. Horseback riding, bathing, music and dance, and above all to get acquainted with all the participants.

Bonjour à tous. Voici un plan d'accès pour venir jusqu'au lieu de rendez vous, fixé je le rappelle samedi 18 mai à 14H00, à Buena Vista de Jarabacoa En venant de La Vega, il y a exactement 17 KM jusqu'à chez moi. Après avoir traversé le village de Buena Vista, vous allez passer devant la station service SHELL sur votre droite, ( qui s'appelait ISLA avant ), puis quelques centaines de mètres plus loin, toujours à droite le restaurant ALTERA. 400 mètres plus loin, prendre à droite au colmado CUNDA. Il s'agit d'un chemin non goudronné. Prendre le premier chemin à droite et continuer pendant 1 KM. Là, vous verrez sur votre gauche une grande maison de 3 niveaux, et juste en face, le portail d'entrée de mon condominium, Villa Jarabacoa. Dites au gardien que vous venez chez Angelita et Pierre. Notre maison est située 800 mètres plus loin sur la droite juste à l'emplacement d'une case de gardien. Pour ceux qui sont équipés de GPS, voici les positions satellitaires : latitude 19°8'48.14"N longitude 70°36'48.24"O
