Not sure if yet another Indian place is needed. There are around 4 or 5 already in the same area (Tay Ho) and more in the Old Quarter. The locals don't like spicy food so the number of dishes you could offer them would be limited. I love a good chicken madras but with many places employing Indian chefs, importing all their own spices and tandoor ovens etc directly from India there are only a limited number of ex-pats who you could cater to. I do wish you good luck and sincerely hope you can offer something no one else is already doing to create a niche market.
