We'll discuss the challenges, opportunities, and resources for tech startups/companies in Vietnam that want to expand in South East Asia, China and other markets worldwide. You'll also gain some insight into how the rapidly changing blockchain landscape is relevant to local companies.

Panelists:
- MICHAEL BLAKEY, Managing Partner at Cocoon Capital
- AARON EVERHART, Investor/Mentor at Hatch! Ventures
- LONG PHAM, Program Manager at VIISA (Vietnam Innovative Startup Accelerator)
- BOBBY LIU, Senior Director at Topica Edtech Group
- NELSON IGUNMA, GST Community Manager

Agenda
- 6-6:30pm - Registration
- 6:30-7:30pm - Panel Discussion Q&A
- 7:30-8:30pm - Networking

Some Key Takeaways:
- What are some interesting things happening in Hanoi and throughout Vietnam and Southeast Asia?
- Who are the key ecosystem players to know if you want to enter one of these markets?
- What are the latest vertical trends in each startup scene?
- What are some red flags in terms of doing business and receiving investments?
- What are some secrets about each ecosystem that only locals understand?

The goal of GST is to foster and create cross-border partnerships between the emerging markets of the Global South (East Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia). We started in New York City and are now in 40 different cities worldwide; we've organized over 60 meetups connecting tech people around the world. MOX Accelerator in Taipei and Chinaccelerator in Shanghai are our close partners.
