For about a year now I have been trekking in the local area and have discovered some wonderful spots to be at one with nature and get some exercise.
Nothing to heavy, so moderate fitness is all that is required.
If you are interested in joining me, and a few others put your hiking shoes on and prepare for an early start, as I usually start around 6 am, (it's cooler).
Are you familiar with "Ban Khao Mai Kaeo", that's is the location, it's a forest loop so we will finish where we set off?
Saturday the 13th of February will be the date, and we can start with around 6k moderate hike.
I have walked this area many times and am quite familiar with the area.
