Libyan real estate development forum

An Independent Discussion Forum, open to all related issues, held annually and sponsored by a group of real estate, financial institutions and stakeholders to discuss the most prominent challenges that faces the real estate sector in Libya.
Main objects:
- Explore the available possibilities to benefit from the private sector and investors in the restructuring of state-owned projects which are completely suspended.
- Involve all parties interested in real estate sector, giving them the opportunity to present their vision and ideas, and adopt a unified vision for the advancement of the real estate sector.
- Opening the discussion on the Libyan Investment and Financial legislation and laws, and recommend developing them in line with the real estate development ambitions.
- Allocating an Exhibition space on the sideline of the forum for major international companies involved in the real estate development.
