TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCER

The Pipeline Builder is responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging qualified candidates to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role requires experience in recruitment sourcing and the ability to execute targeted strategies to attract top talent. Responsabilities: Key Responsibilities Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand, niche, or recurring roles. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and advanced search techniques. Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and candidate fit. Keep an organized and updated database of active and passive candidates. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal profiles. Provide regular pipeline updates and track sourcing metrics. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent. Stay informed on labor market trends and sourcing best practices. Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Mandatory Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition. Proven experience building talent pipelines independently. Strong skills in research, candidate sourcing, and passive candidate outreach. Experience working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, boolean search). Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles. Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies.
