What do I miss the most living in DR?

@sberger50 The driving you definitely have to get used to. I found the most important you can't get scare you have to just drive! But I found bowling in Santo Domingo and also movie theaters. I had a really good time at Estadio Quisqueya watching the Licey team, it was a party! lol

@planner Yes Yes Customer service! I bring it up to the store managers all the time, may not change anything but I do tell them they are lacking when I get poor services which is at least once a day when I am there! LOL

@jeanchris101 I know the feeling! But that's a good thing, its good to love more then one place!  I used to miss good pizza when in DR but they have gotten better over the years with the pizza. I think it was the cheese that was messing things up for some reason the cheese was horrible back then!

@planner Absolutely! Always do , I have even gone and purchased lunch for a few store employees when the service was really good. (Dominicans never say no when offered food I have discovered that over the years!) But yes I let them know  when they hit it out of the ballpark. As  for bad customer service it almost seems like everyone accepts it and that is why its so bad. I have been in so many stores where the sales person acts like I am bothering them in trying to purchase something!

@jeanchris101 Thank you so much! Yes I just googled them and it looks delicious! Can't wait to try and report back to you guys! The menu looks reasonable and its one of my favorite things to do when in DR and that's try new restaurant. I love La Cassina on Roberto Pastoriza! Great food and great place with excellent service!

@polo1club Basically the ease of getting anything from a fishing pole to decent internet. and everything in between. But it's better than the rat race.
