Recruitment companies

Hi all,
Im looking for advice on who are the best recruitment agencies in Vietnam.
I want to work in finanacial services as my experience is in this field.
Could anyone help me here please?
That will be a difficult position to find for an expat as those jobs are easily filled with Vietnamese employees.  The government makes employers show that they can't hire a local before letting them hire someone from outside.  Then you have to deal with Vietnamese salaries that tend to run in the $600-$1000 per month range for a 48 hour 6 day week for similar positions.  Are you sure you are up for that?
@jasonwindle: If you have already had your resume well-prepared, I would recommend https://www.vietnamworks.com/en and https://www.linkedin.com/. Direct application shall be much better, I guess.

Cheers,

Nhung

Forget approaching or using agencies where you can. Most HR staff will most likely put your CV aside instead or reading and understanding it. VN works as an example posts the same jobs for the same companies all yes round in some cases... Recruiters looking to expand their pool of talent without necessarily having a job a available. Job or recruitment season is u officially the firs three months of the year, outside that most positions are filled on a one year rolling contract.

Your best bet is seek out companies you want to work for, sidestep HR teams and look for people higher up the chain of command.

@Nhung11281  Thanks for the reply, much appreciated.

Thanks a lot for your advise.

jasonwindle appears to be a member in good standing (though no post since July).
