I assume you mean the grossly overpriced small flat that you advertised 7 months ago?

I was under the impression, the member who plaed the ad can edit or remove it. Is that not true?

I also think it is over-priced but many of the other flats I've seen advertised on this site are even more inflated. I think when it's furnished then there is virtually no legal limit and many people now are taking this as a business strategy; over paying for property and asking outrageous prices for it as a furnished rental. This is why I always advise that if one is staying for more than just a couple of months then it is much better to get an unfurnished place and buy what you need at IKEA even if you just give it all away when you leave. I've seen small places with just some basic furnishings that wouldn't cost more than 400 or 500 Euros but they added on a premium of 800 or 1000 Euros a month for them.
