Medical unfit

[at]Goodthings I think what you said here are alternatives to lift the ban. Doing some medical process. that will be submitted to the authorities. But what are we planning to take is the Dependent/Sponsored Visa way. Which also the idea suggested by a lady in Muhaisnah and also some of the members in this forum e.g XTang.

the thing is if you got the unfit result from the fitness center and you are married you can apply directly spouse visa,

your case is different they ban you already.

Mr XTang good day, so actually yesterday my friend I left in Dubai went to terminal 3 immigration with my passport number to check if I have a ban on me. And the man who helped her to check told him he doesn't see any ban on me that he only sees the day I canceled and the day I exited Dubai. And that I can apply for a new Visa. So my worry is about me applying for a visa and they reject it because am scared of wasting another money. Is the information from the immigration always correct because I can't believe that the man saw that I don't have a ban.Am sorry to ask sir. 🙏

Only a doctor can say if you are unfit or not, so go first to a health facility and get a doctors note and show it to whoever ask for it - don't fear!

[at]Jhei261992 it is also a test for TB, they will draw some blood from you to test.

Once banned, very little chance of overturning.  And if you have seen my posts, Quant is useful only when they haven't taken a decision on your case and call you back - at that time, if you have a Quant test done in UAE, it can help.

Could share the update of your case please? My wife is medical unfit for her work visa and she have to leave from Dubai next week. Any chance for me to apply family visa for her now. Could anyone advise me please?

[at]XTang if had employment visa now under spouse visa and got unfit, if he wants to work with a company, will the company allow him to work or will the company will ever know about his condition when processing his work permit? thanks
