Currently I have an available furnished room in Nguyen Cuu Van St, Binh Thanh Dist including:
- TV, refrigerator, bed, wardrobe, desk, private bathroom
- TV Cable system, Air Conditioner, Hot water system, Internet system
- safe, quiet and foreigner area
- near school, local market and super market, near many building and comapny
- just take you 10 mins to walk to dist. 01
- Cost: 200 usd/month including hot water system, cable system, internet system, excluding electricity fee.

Hi,

It's for 1 person, but if you want 2 persons live together, it's ok with the same price. I'm just afraid that it's not convenient and big enough for 2 person.

Unfortunately that the room above full already.

Luckily, I have a lot of rooms the same above with only 200-300usd in Dist 01,02,03,04, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh...
