Health insurance

Hi everyone 
I am planning to move to Hurgada in November and as a Swiss citizen living my country I will need a health insurance; so far I had some really expensive offers and as I am 62 ( but healthy) some companies refused my application. I will be on retirement not working. Some good advice???
