I wanted to know if one can apply for CPR renewal for a self sponsorship visa holder (my parents) well before its expiry, say 5-6 months early? Logic of doing is to not to pay fees for municipality paper again as now I am paying that for renewal of my CPR (me under employment visa) already. Whats procedure to do that? Is it online?I had got it first time at Isa Town branch/centre in 2017 without any agent(agent not mandatory for such case).

You can. It's online on Bahrain.bh.  Choose replacement for lost / damaged card.

Thanks. How long they take normally for doing it? Because i am concerned about validity of address card/certificate which are valid for 30 days only.I understand now they need soft copy of grey background photograph when doing online

Yes, They will require Soft copy with grey background. Once you have uploaded it takes 2 - 5 Working days for them to dispatch it via post. Once you have the tracking  number, You can collect it from post office.

In above i had one more query. I am on employment visa and rent agreement and hence municipality  address card is on my name. So while applying online for cpr renewal of my father who is on self sponsorship visa and living with me, there are three attachments asked for in applying for cpr renewal: 1) declaration of accommodation 2) House owner ID front side and 3) House owner ID back side. It these I understand that I will fill up 1)  and 2) + 3) will be my CPR but where to attach address card then? or i can attach single file for front and back of my CPR and use 3rd attachment for address card?

Yes, You need to fill up the form. It is better to attach Declaration Form + Address card as 1st option. 2nd and 3rd just follow as it is.
