Hi,
Would like to know after how many days the second attempt to deliver the card will be made? And when can I collect after not being able to collect in the second attempt also. This is because I did not receive/ have not been receiving any sms from MoM on card delivery notifications. Not sure why.

Card delivery is done by SingPost, contact MoM or your employer to update contact details so that you get a notification. Second attempt is usually made in 2-3 days.
