Change job during probationary period

Hello guys ,

I need a help. I have accepted a job offer from company through qiwa and im working here for past 2 months . As per my contract i have 3 months probation period and either parties can terminate the contract . Now i have another job with high salary so i want to change my job , my question is
1. Can i transfer to new employer without the consent from the current employer through qiwa
2. Is the company has the rights to ask me the salaries they have paid for me so far ( i.e 2 months
)

You need to pay them at least two salaries if they have renewed your iqama.
If not, then only transfer fee will be deducted.
And you need their permission.

Sir my iqama was already renewed before joining this company up to Sep 2022 , so they have paid for me only the transfer charges as I checked with accountant .

I’m afraid if company might send me exit or ask the salaries back

Just ask them.
What is their view on this.
I think you don't have to pay them those salaries.
Ask them and tell them that you want higher salary, and you want to pursue another job.
They can't force you on this one.
But remember, don't misbehave at all.

My iqama is still valid till june 15 2022 before i join my company now, so they just pay for the transfer of sponsorship. I just get transfered last april 16,2022. Now,as stated on my contract thru qiwa that i have 90days probation and both parties may terminate the contract. I want to leave the company bec of the working environment is not healthy and i want to pursue better work. Do i allowed to transfer to another job or they have the right to file me an exit visa.Im a local hire here in riyadh.Thank you

@Lakay Goryo MIX TV sir i have same situation also did you already transfer?in qiwa system there is resign during probation period bit i still dont dont know if i will transfer again if i need their approval again

month ago i just got transferred to new company but now after almost 1.5 month i have new job offer and probation period is for 6 month and he was renewed my iqama only for 3 month in my iqama expiry only 30 day remaining so my question is before accepting job offer should i have terminate or resigned it and than accept the new contract please help me advice on this situation
