Hello fellow members.
I'm Fiona. I'm a 46 year old divorce mom entrepreneur. I will like to move myself my child and my dogcare business to Bahamas. However I have many questions as to how to make it happen or whether or not a dogcare business will be lucrative way to sustain a good life for myself and my daughter. So I'm looking for any support in leading me to get the right information to determine if this will be a good move.

Thanks in advance

Warm greetings to everyone out there

Hello,

Great been here and meeting great minds. Am planning of getting a Bahamas citizenship passport. What advantage do I have owing this passport and using it to relocate to Bahamas. Does it worth a try and move. What would you advise. Thank you

@peterotalor I'm not sure you can get a citizenship passport I'm not familiar with that. I am familiar with an annual residential passport for people who have a second home in the bahamas.

@Julien I am Alfreda I am 65 years old and retired special needs teacher. I was born and raised in Miami Florida with grandparents from my mother's side both are behemian citizens. My mother has dual citizenship. I do not have dual citizenship I plan to apply for an annual resident card. This means every year I pay a fee because the Bahamas is my second home and the US is my first. I built a two bedroom one bath house in the Bahamas in February 20 08. I use my house as a bed and breakfast so that I would have company. But the pandemic interrupted my flow of company. I am making repairs to my house now to return as soon as possible. I do not want to return alone. I'd like to return with friends at least those that are familiar with the internet system because I am not computer savvy and friends that are strong and have information on minor repairs if I ever need them to my house. I would love to have friends that know how to farm I'd like to farm vegetables and small animals on my land. I'm looking for roommates in other words that can help around the house LOL

Hi I want friends to visit me on Long Island Bahamas. I am reopening my Airbnb home. I'd love to have people to come live for free temporarily and help me readjust to being in the Bahamas. I don't want to be there alone I would love to have company friends people who are interested in learning about the Bahamas.

@alfredahernandez19578 many thanks for your response. Am very much interested in your request of needing friends to join you in the Bahamas. It will be a previledge Sir. Thank you.

@peterotalor great my plans are to arrive in the Bahamas on November 1st. I have not been to my house in the last 2 years to stay I have gone to visit looked at it locked the doors check the windows. Upon arrival I know I would have to cut my acre of yard grass I'll need help please. Also I'm having a new roof put on as we speak there may be a little bit of cleanup after that. The inside of the house might be Dusty from the last 2 years staying away from covid-19. When you arrive I hope you love the place I am off grid which means I use solar panel and rain water. I am a country house far far away from all the neighbors this is an old plantation ruins. My great-grandfather was a plantation owner and I am living on that land I built my house in February 2008 I'm looking forward to you being my buddy and coming to keep my company thank you good night
