Hi,
My employment pass was rejected with reason with ‘adverse record and not eligable to apply work pass'. It is quite strange.
Application date 8th Nov
Rejection date 20th Nov
I have been working in singapore for +10 years and MOM gave this remarks.Can you suggest me if you have experience about it. Thanks

You should contact MoM and/or ICA to find out what the adverse record is about and whether it can be removed.

I am relatively confident you would know if you have gone against the law whilst in Singapore- have you done something for which you were penalised/ charged/ accused? If not, such rejection reasons won't be cited.
