If you are renting or buying a house located in a condominium or in a neighborhood whose access is restricted to residents and people who have an appointment with them and which is constantly monitored by three (3 x 8 hours = 24 hours) guardians-professional-armed-approved by the government and who have the status of contractor (and not the status of employee), you will not have a security problem.

On the other hand, in this type of neighborhood, housing rents and land prices are much higher than other housing or land located in the same country.

If you buy land or a house that is not expensive, that land or house will be isolated or located in an area where most people cannot afford to pay at least $ 30 per month to three caretakers or who don't want to do this because their job is to steal from their neighbors. So it will not be possible to share the security costs with your neighbors. So you will have a safety problem to solve and the solution to this problem will be expensive. And since, besides, you are not Nicaraguan, you will not know who is trustworthy and who is not.

Who do you think are trustworthy people at any given time ? These are the people who have the same values ​​as you at this time.

So if you have bought or want to buy a piece of land or a house that is not expensive, you will live in safety and security only if you hire a caretaker who
- is competent: professional and not a laborer : a poor peasant or agricultural worker permanently employed on land, in Central America or South America ;
- has the status of entrepreneur therefore a person who
a) does not live only in the present: who is able to project himself into the future ;
b) is responsible ;
c) is paid for the quality of his results and not for the number of hours of work he performs ;
d) has competitors.
- is trustworthy and not a person who thinks that theft is justice (there are religious or philosophical or political theories that justify theft in certain circumstances) or who has been mentally manipulated by a loan shark and who will pay their debts by stealing their customers or / and being an accomplice to their customers' thieves and making them pay tax on each of the thefts they have committed.

So the foreigners who
- live in Nicaragua or want to live in Nicaragua ;
- refuse to constitute or integrate a community (family or linguistic or national or cultural or religious or philosophical or political or professional ...) of people who
a) live in Nicaragua or want to live in Nicaragua ;
b) are or will be united, organized and coordinated to live in safety and security in Nicaragua for less than 30 USD per month ;
condemn themselves
- to rent accommodation in Nicaragua whose rent exceeds 1,500 USD per month. It is a scam because in Nicaragua there are currently a lot of studios or small houses rentable for 100 to 200 USD per month ;
OR
- to buy a house in Nicaragua that costs more than 200,000 USD. It's a scam because
a) in Costa Rica, in 2021, there are cultivable and constructible land which is 5 hectares and which is sold for 44,000 USD and the price of which is negotiable. You can find this type of land on Facebook Marketplace. These opportunities are not easy to find because the Facebook Marketplace search engine designer is not a smart and educated person. In Costa Rica, in 2021, there is at least one cultivable and constructible land which is 43 hectares, on which there are two small houses, which is covered two thirds of mango trees and one third of primary forest, on which there are has a river and costs 30,000 USD ;
b) in Nicaragua, real estate is often cheaper than in Costa Rica ;

So these companies think, rightly or wrongly, that the gatekeepers they offer are incompetent or / and untrustworthy.
