I saw a link on the expat link with regards to housing, this is fine and perhaps it generates some revenues, however in my view a direct link to ingatlan could possibly create more (subject to negotiation), the plus for Hungary would possibly generate more.
Perhaps you could even negotiate a percentage of comissions.
