Hello all.
Currently I operate a factory in China. I have been tasked with moving the factory to Malaysia. To that end I need to do a Labour cost study to see where we stand. Does anyone know where I could get reliable info on rates vs position such as machine operators, management and clerical?

There are salary studies you can google for online so you might start there. Also, consult one of the local corporate relocation companies in Malaysia as they would know too. Covid notwithstanding, they can also get you visas to come temporarily and study the local situation more comprehensively.
