I have had both Pfizer shots in Canada. Does anyone know how I acquire certification when I am back in Portugal in September?

If you are registered with the NHS in Portugal (aka have an Utente Number) then they can input your vaccination into the IT system. If you don't have the above then just show your Canadian vaccination certificate when you are asked to do so.
