can someone explain to me please if you have a relative living in usa is a citizen can she sponsor me her niece into usa or not im from the uk and have been trying to get correct info for a while please any assistance would be helpful thanks guys

If your family relation is niece/aunt the answer is no.
Only the following family members can be sponsored by a US citizen or permanent resident:
- Husband or wife;
- Unmarried child under 21 years old;
- Unmarried son or daughter over 21;
- Married son or daughter of any age;
- Brother or sister, if you are at least 21 years old; or
- Parent, if you are at least 21 years old.
