I had always planned to take furniture home with me from Saigon to Melbourne (Australia) - but recently I've heard it will be so expensive! Around $5,000 to ship the key furniture.. does this sound right? Has anyone else done this or know someone who has?

Well actually cost depends on how many CBM your shipment is. We use a forwarder called Expo Lanka. You can reach them on the below number and you can say you got this number through Comtextile (hopefully they will give you a better rate!). Good luck.
