Am I allowed to resign from my current work by the fault of my employer? Not paying overtime and not processing my nurse license here? My contract will end on oct 17 this year and also im applying for early exit since i have 65 days leave but they did not agree and also they dont want me to take the vacation leave and told me they will pay it after i end my contract. Is it legal?

if that would be the scenario and you prefer to go exit, i think you should not resign so it wont affect your End of Service instead you may advise them for notice to termination the contract to which you will end by Oct or apply for exit 1 mo. before it ends. Better send the notice 60 days prior to end of contract to enable them not to renew the iqama too. Check your iqama and contract expiration to avoid confusion. Vacation leave that you haven't use yes they can pay u all of those unused leave credits when you go for exit just make sure it will be included in your computation.
