Does anyone know how I can get a MDL? Have not been back to SA and now SA drivers license has expired...
Any help is welcome?

Hello,
I had never managed to obtain a drivers licence whilst living in Europe and now have my Malaysian driving licence. I am not sure if you would have to go through the whole beginners process which includes 6 hours theory, theory test, several driving lessons and a practical test.
